Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no gate, no "free for the first caller". We do the review because it is the fastest way to show you how we think, and because most owners have never seen their business the way a stranger does.
Why would you do this for free?
Because some of the businesses we review become clients, and that is worth more to us than a fee. The rest walk away with a fix list they can use. Both are fine with us.

What is the score based on?
Found, Trusted, Called, each judged the way a customer judges it, then combined into one number out of 100. It is our read, done by hand. It is not a Google metric, and it is not a promise of anything.
Can I get one if my town is already taken?
Yes. The review is for any New Jersey business. If your trade is taken in your town, we tell you, and the fix list is still yours to use. One business per trade, per town.
