NEW JERSEY LAW FIRMS · THE GROWTH PLAN
Be the firm they find, trust, and call.
Someone needs a lawyer tonight. They search, they read, and they judge your firm on a phone before they dial. Then they call two firms and hire the one that answers well. The Growth Plan builds the site, the visibility, and the intake that win that moment, written with the New Jersey attorney advertising rules on the desk. One firm per practice area, per town.

THE PROBLEM
A referral is not a client yet. It is a search on a phone at 9 pm.
A friend gives your name. That night, the person types it into a phone. They find a site that was fine in 2015, a headshot from two offices ago, and a form nobody reads until Tuesday. They look at two other firms. One has recent reviews and a clear page for exactly their problem. One picks up on the first ring, at night, and takes their name and their situation without promising them anything. They hire that one. The referral was yours. The client was not.
Your work is better than your website.
HOW IT WORKS FOR LAW FIRMS
Five parts. One system. Built around the way a client chooses a lawyer.
- Trusted1
The Website
Would I trust this firm with the worst week of my life?
Built around the matters you actually want. One clear page per practice area, your admissions and the attorney responsible for the site where the rules want them, plain answers to the questions people are afraid to ask, and a phone number that works on one tap. Every word passes your desk before it goes live. - Found2
Found in Your Town
Do they find me when they search "divorce lawyer near me"?
A page for every practice area you take and every town you serve, plus a Google Business Profile that is correct, listed as a law firm, and answering its reviews. Written so Google and the AI answers can read exactly what you do and where, in the words a client uses, not the words a statute uses. - Trusted3
Why They Pick You
Why this firm and not the other two?
Client reviews asked for the right way, with the required line whenever a review talks about results. Real photos of the people who pick up the phone. The admissions and memberships you actually hold, and no "best" or "expert" language you cannot back up. The things that make someone stop comparing and call. - Called4
Nothing Falls Through
What happens when a new client calls during a deposition?
Every call and form tracked to the page and town that sent it. When the review shows missed calls, we add missed-call text-back or an intake line that takes the name, the matter, and the town, never gives legal advice, never quotes an outcome, and never says you are hired. You decide who becomes a client. - All three5
The Monthly Scorecard
Is it working, or am I paying for a report?
One score a month, what moved it, and what we do next. Read it between hearings.
THE RULES
Built with the New Jersey attorney advertising rules on the desk.
Most web shops have never read the rules. We build as if the ethics committee is the second reader. This is not legal advice, and the compliance call stays with your firm, but this is how we work:
How we work
- No promises of results and nothing that sets an unjustified expectation, in the copy, the reviews, or the ads.
- No "expert" claims without the certification behind them, and no "best" or "top" anywhere.
- Testimonials only from identifiable clients, never paid for, with the results-may-vary line whenever a review talks about an outcome.
- Award badges shown with the organization, how it chooses, and the required Supreme Court disclaimer beside them.
- The attorney responsible for the site named where the rules want it.
- Intake, human or automated, that never gives legal advice, never quotes an outcome, and never implies you have been hired.
- You sign off on every page before it goes live, and you can change any word yourself after.
PROOF
The work, labeled honestly.
Our first New Jersey law firm build is in progress. Until it is live, this is work from other local businesses, labeled by what each one is.
The Website Approval Guarantee
Love it or your money back.
A full, no-strings refund until the day you approve your live website.
- Pay in the way that works for you. The balance is only due when your site is live and working the way we agreed.
- Your monthly starts when your site is live and approved. Not before.
- You own the website and the domain, both in your name.
One business per trade, per town.
For a firm, the trade is the practice area. When your trade is taken in your town, we turn the next one away. If we build for the family law firm in Montclair, we will not build for the next family law firm in Montclair. One builder does the work, so we take a small number of new builds at a time. Send the review request and we tell you whether your practice area is still open in your town.
QUESTIONS
Straight answers.
What does it cost?
It is scoped to your practice areas and your towns after the review, and we tell you the number on the call. For context, New Jersey agencies quote $12,000 to $24,000 for a website alone. The plan spreads a hand-built site plus six months of growth work across the term, with the website included. Here is how the investment works.
Most of my clients come from referrals. Why would I need this?
Because the referral still looks you up before they call, and because referrals slow down without warning. The plan is for the months when the phone goes quiet, and for the client who was going to hire you until they saw the site.
Do you sell leads or run pay-per-lead?
We are not a lead seller. No pay-per-lead, no shared leads, no getting charged for calls that never book. You own the site, the reviews, and every lead that comes in.
Who is responsible for the advertising rules?
You are, and we build like it. Every page passes your desk before it goes live, we flag anything that reads like a promise or a comparison, and we keep the required lines next to reviews and awards. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice.
Can an automated line answer my phone without practicing law?
It takes a name, a matter type, a town, and a callback number, and it says plainly that it cannot give legal advice and that no attorney-client relationship starts on the call. It hands the rest to you. We set it up only when the review shows missed calls are costing you, and you approve every word it says. See the AI receptionist.
Do you promise rankings or a number of cases?
No. We do not promise a ranking, a lead count, or a revenue number, and we do not charge you for one.
What if I do not love the site?
