Who we are

Optimum AI Solutions is a website design, Google ranking work, and AI follow-up business based in Garwood, New Jersey, serving Union County and the surrounding area. You can reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

The Visibility Report

The Visibility Report is free. It is our written opinion of where a business stands on three points, Found, Trusted, and Called, and it is not a guarantee of any result. Requesting one creates no obligation on either side.

Quotes and payment

The website is $6,000. That is one price for everything on the offer page, with no hidden packages and no surprise fees. Pay in full and you go to the front of the line. Or pay half to start and half at launch. The remaining balance is due once your site is live, fully functioning, and working as agreed, unless we agree otherwise. Love it or your money back. A full, no-strings refund until the day you approve your live website. Late or unpaid balances may pause ongoing work.

Your first 90 days

Ninety days of growth work come with the website. Your 90 days of growth start the day your site goes live. Not before. Nothing beyond the $6,000 is billed during those 90 days.

What happens after day 90

Before day 90 you choose one of three things. You can keep growing on the Growth Plan at $1,200 a month, your founding rate. You can keep the site safe on the Care Plan at $97 a month, your founding rate. Or you can stop, and the website and the domain are still yours.

Nothing is billed after day 90 unless you chose a plan. We do not roll you onto a plan by default. Both plans are month to month, and you can cancel either one. No 12 or 24 month agreement you have to sign before you have even seen the work. Your founding price is locked for a year. Add-ons are separate from the website and from either plan, month to month, and you add one only when you ask for it.

Your dashboard after day 90

Your dashboard keeps working whether or not you are on a plan. Without an active plan the detailed reporting pauses. You still see your score, your visitors, your calls this month, and whether your site is up. Your editor, your website, and your domain stay yours.

What you own

When your website build is paid in full, the finished website and your domain name are yours to keep, outright. If we ever stop working together, they go with you. Some third-party tools and subscriptions used to run the site (for example hosting, an AI assistant, or booking software) remain governed by those providers’ own terms and may require their own accounts.

Our honest stance on results

We build sites and systems designed to help you get found and book more work, and we work hard at it. We do not, and cannot honestly, promise a specific Google ranking position, a set number of new customers, or a guaranteed revenue figure. Anyone who guarantees a ranking is not being straight with you. What we commit to is the scope of the build and the deliverables, never a ranking, a lead count, or a revenue figure. Love it or your money back. A full, no-strings refund until the day you approve your live website.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and the content, access, and approvals we need to do the work, and to use anything we build for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, images, and claims you ask us to publish on your site.

Intellectual property

The content on this Optimum AI Solutions website, including our copy, design, and brand, is ours. Please do not copy or reuse it without permission. Content and materials you provide to us for your project remain yours.

Limitation of liability

This site and our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Optimum AI Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in New Jersey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
