Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 6, 2026
Optimum AI Solutions builds websites that are meant to work for everyone. A website only does its job if every visitor can read it, move through it, and book with it, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or captions. We take that seriously, both because it is the right thing to do and because an inaccessible site is a real legal risk for the businesses we serve, especially health and wellness practices.
The standard we build toward
We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is the standard most courts and regulators point to. We treat it as the target for every build, not a box we check once. Accessibility is ongoing work, so we describe below what we actually do rather than claiming a permanent certification.
What we build in
On the sites we build, we aim to include:
- Semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can understand the page.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and forms, so nothing requires a mouse.
- Color contrast chosen to stay readable against our dark theme.
- Meaningful text alternatives for images that carry information.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting, so animations calm down for visitors who ask for it.
- Layouts that respond to zoom and to smaller screens without breaking.
- Labels and focus states on interactive controls like buttons, menus, and the booking widget.
Where things stand
No website is ever perfectly accessible, and third-party tools we embed (for example a scheduling widget or a chat assistant) are partly outside our direct control. We test as we build and fix issues as we find them. If you are a client, accessibility is part of the build we deliver, not an upsell.
Tell us about a barrier
If you run into any part of this site, or a site we built for a client, that is hard to use with assistive technology, we want to know so we can fix it. Email [email protected] or call (908) 838-5944. Tell us the page and what got in your way, and we will work to resolve it and give you the information you needed in another form in the meantime.
